Speed Camp is Starting !
Where - Mid County Fitness

This class is for serious athletes looking to take their skills to the next level. This camp is held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 6:30 Pm. To 7:30 Pm. It consists of two lateral and linear speed development days, a conditioning day, and a competition day. The students will be studying the latest running techniques and will learn everything needed in order to get faster and improve their running skills. This camp is ideal for all athletes in all sports looking to get faster. For this week only we will have two free classes (Friday April 8th and Sunday April10th) after that it will be $40 per week or $10 per class.
